Our maple sugar is made from only 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Nothing else added, all natural. Can be used as a sweetener for coffee, tea, and oatmeal. Use it in baking and glazes to capture the unique taste and sweetness of maple without the liquid. Use 3/4 cup of our granulated maple sugar to replace 1 cup cane sugar.
