Here’s everything you need to know
At Myti, we carefully curate every brand we feature, ensuring each one brings quality and value to our community. We’re confident you’ll love them as much as we do—but if not, our return policy has you covered.
We accept returns within a minimum return window of 90 days from the purchase date. Returns are free, and we will coordinate the process once you initiate a return. For details on specific store policies or to get started, please contact our Customer Support team via the chat button in the bottom right corner or email us at WeCare@Myti.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the original packing slip that came with your order.
To start a return, CLICK HERE to submit a return request. Myti has the right to deny your return if it does not meet the above requirements.
Upon issuance of a Return Authorization a Myti team member will give you the date and time the item will be picked up from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase. The item(s) must be repackaged and clearly labeled with the order number. Please leave the package in an accessible place for the driver to pickup your item on the agreed upon date.
Upon receiving return approval -
For shipped items: Myti Customer Support will email you with a return shipping label to print. Repackage the item(s) appropriately and attach the provided shipping label to the package. Bring the package to any location that accepts UPS drop-offs.
For Myti Delivered items: Myti Customer Support will coordinate with you to arrange for a date and time the item will be picked up from the delivery address you provided at the time of purchase. The item(s) must be repackaged and clearly labeled with the order number. Please leave the package in an accessible place for the driver to pickup your item on the agreed upon date.
All returned items will be refunded when Myti comes into possession of the item(s) being returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Delivery fees are not refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 72 hours of receiving the product Myti is no longer responsible for damaged items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
