Collection: Willow

Willow is a small, family-owned artisan business in South Burlington, Vermont, that handcrafts cutting boards, charcuterie boards, and cheese boards from beautiful Vermont hardwoods. Our heirloom-quality boards are primarily made from Vermont Sugar Maple and Vermont Cherry, paired with American Black Walnut.

We carefully select our wood for its natural grain and beauty, and every board goes through a meticulous, multi-step hand sanding and finishing process. Willow’s handmade board can be used for daily meal prep and serving your favorite Vermont cheese (of course), for gathering with family and friends.

Floyd is an experienced woodworker with nearly 50 (yes 50!) years of experience, and every Willow piece is handcrafted by him in our home workshop. Amy completes all of the hand finishing, personalization, gift wrapping, and all of the other little details that go into sending each piece out in the world with great care and love.

Our story has roots in two places we love. Amy is a native Vermonter, and Floyd is a Louisiana native. After many years living in New Orleans, we moved back to Vermont with lots of Southern hospitality in tow. That’s why our collections are named after our favorite Louisiana dishes - Etouffée, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, and Po’ Boy—a nod to New Orleans, while hand made in Vermont.

Willow specializes in meaningful, personalized gifts. Names, wedding dates, special messages, and logos can be custom engraved on every handcrafted board to create one-of-a-kind gifts for the holidays, weddings, anniversaries, housewarmings, and other special milestones.

At Willow, we make each piece slowly, thoughtfully, and by hand, with the hope that it will be used, loved, and passed along for years to come.
