- Shopify - Full integration via Shopify Collective with real-time inventory sync, automatic order routing, and payment within 24 hours of delivery

- Custom/Other platforms - Manual order management via vendor portal
Note: Anyone can use Myti Logistics regardless of platform. Marketplace integration features vary by platform, with Shopify offering the most seamless experience.
Do I need to use both services?

No, you can use either service independently. However, most vendors find that using both services together maximizes their reach—Myti Logistics for fast local delivery and Myti.com Marketplace for reaching new customers across Vermont.
What counts as a "one-hand" vs "two-hand" item?

One-hand items are packages that a driver can comfortably carry in one hand (generally under 15 lbs and smaller than a shoebox). Two-hand items require two hands to carry safely—think larger boxes, cases of beverages, or heavier products.

Yes! When customers view your products on Myti.com, your shipping rates display at checkout. You can offer Myti Logistics for local Burlington-area deliveries, your own shipping for statewide orders, or any combination that works for your business.
I'm already selling on Myti.com - what's different now?

We're evolving our model to give you more flexibility and control. Previously, delivery was bundled into the marketplace commission. Moving forward, Myti Logistics and Myti.com Marketplace are separate services that you can use independently or together. This means you can choose the delivery options that work best for your business - use Myti Logistics for local orders, your own shipping for statewide delivery, or any combination. Your marketplace commission remains at 13%, and you only pay for the delivery services you use.
