Barred Woods Maple Cream—also known as maple butter—is made from one simple ingredient: our pure Vermont maple syrup. That's it. No dairy, no additives—just slow-whipped maple syrup transformed into a rich, creamy spread with the texture of smooth peanut butter.

Use it like you would butter: spread it on toast, waffles, pancakes, or French toast for a naturally sweet upgrade. It's also an incredible glaze for roasted vegetables or meats, and makes a delicious maple frosting for cakes, cookies, and pastries.
