Pickles - The Tipsy Pickle

The Tipsy Pickle handcrafts, artisanal pickles in small batches that bring an unbeatable zing to any sandwich or burger, complemented perfectly by Vermont artisanal cheeses and powerful enough to be a meal in itself.

These aren't your regular-sized pickle chips.  They are pickle CHUNKS, tasty and hearty enough to eat like a side dish!  

The perfect palate cleansers with a mouth-watering blend of spices, all infused with Vermont-made spirits and brews.  

• Bourbon Barrel-Aged Rum Pickles are crunchy Bread and Butter style pickles that pairs perfectly with any sammie. Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, cucumbers, pickling spices, and sugar, Smugglers’ Notch Distillery's Bourbon Barrel Aged Rum.
• Heady Pickles are savory and sour and hint at hops in every bite.  Ingredients: distilled vinegar, water, cucumbers, garlic, dill, pickling spices, and Alchemist Beer's Heady Topper®.
• Maple Bourbon Whiskey Pickles: sweet, spicy, Maple Bourbon Whiskey, epically delicious. Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, cucumbers, pickling spices, fennel seed, sugar, habanero pepper, and Smugglers’ Notch Distillery's Maple Bourbon Whiskey.
• Maple Breakfast Stout Pickles are mouthwatering and sweet with the perfect amount of heat for everyone's palate. Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, sugar, cucumbers, fennel seeds, pickling spices, chile de árbol peppers, and 14th Star Brewing's Maple Stout.
• Pirate Dan’s Dill Booty Pickles are a treasure of a dill, perfectly balanced and made in collaboration with St. Johnsbury Distillery Pirate Dan's Vermont Rum. Ingredients: cucumbers, distilled vinegar, salt, pickling spice, dill, garlic, and St. Johnsbury Distillery ® Pirate Dan's Vermont Rum.
• Sip of Sunshine is a delicious sour pickle with flavors of Mexican chiles and robust IPA flavors.  Ingredients: distilled vinegar, water, cucumbers, garlic, dill, pickling spices, dried chilies, and Lawson’s Finest Liquids' Sip of Sunshine®.
• Switchback Pickles have sour, hot, and malty undertones with a hit of heat on the afterbite.  Ingredients: distilled vinegar, water, cucumbers, garlic, dill, pickling spices, jalapeño, and Switchback Brewing Co.'s Switchback®.
• Maple Bourbon B&B is mild with smokey notes and a peppery twist, and Vermont Distillers Bourbon.
