Chocolate Covered Salted Caramels - Farmhouse Chocolates

Farmhouse Chocolates is a tiny chocolate company nestled in Bristol, Vermont against the Green Mountains.  Eliza and Erlé produce these small batch "rustic-fancy" dark chocolate covered salted caramels using organic, fair-trade, and local ingredients.  Vermont from start to finish.

These smooth, rich browned butter caramels are dipped in organic, fair trade 70% dark chocolate and sprinkled with Alaskan large flake artisan sea salt.

Full of flavor, this dark, richly developed caramel isn't for everyone. Not too sweet, with toasty notes and intentional, subtle bitterness. This is a caramel for those who think other caramels are too sweet. 

Corn syrup free, GMO free, Soy free.

Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic, fair trade 70% chocolate, (organic, fair trade: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), Vermont heavy cream, Vermont salted butter, organic vanilla beans, organic tapioca syrup, Alaska Pure sea salt.
