Ingredients: Holy basil, chamomile, skullcap, rose petals, & spearmint. Suggested: Mix tea well before using. Place 1 tbsp per 8oz of just under boiled water to your tea cup, tea ball, or tea pot and steep covered for 20 minutes. Sweeten as you desire.
