Underdog Candles 100% Soy Wax Candle

Comprised of 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and premium fragrance infused with essential oils. Hand poured in Portland, Maine in elegant straight sided glass jars with minimalist kraft brown labels. Our queer & woman-owned company donates 5% of proceeds support global LGBTQI+ causes.

"Hot Mess" - Sweet Orange + Sriracha - an unlikely combo that just WORKS. It combines the sweetness of ripe oranges with the distinct kick of sriracha chilis, and it’s refreshing and citrusy with just the right amount of zest.

"Plant Mom" - Basil, Sage & Mint: A refreshing scent reminiscent of taking a stroll through a fresh herb garden, with a little perfume-y kick. Comprised of a fresh garden medley of basil, peppermint and clary sage. It's finished off with hints of citrus and soft musk notes.

"Say Gay" - Oakmoss + Amber: This candle has a beautiful, deep character. It's musky and earthy, and is the closest scent we have to a cologne. We donate a percentage of proceeds from every candle sold to support global LGBTQIA+ non-profits.

"Fresh Out the Closet" - Fresh Linen & Pine: Clean and light, this scent is reminiscent of lusciously soft, clean linen blowing in a summer breeze. Top notes of lemon give way to middle notes of linen. Finished off with very subtle base notes of sandalwood. "Loud & Proud" - Citrus, Basil & Bergamot: A light and fresh scent reminiscent of warm weather and freshly-picked citrus. Top notes of basil and California orange are followed by middle notes of bergamot. Finished off with very subtle base notes of precious woods and musk. "Spruce + Pine + Moss" - Spruce + Pine + Moss: Smells like hiking out and cutting your own Christmas Tree. More complex than a typical Frasier or Douglas Fir, it has a punchy brightness that captures the spirit of the holidays. It’s a strong, true, and enchanting scent.

"White Sage + Lavender" - White Sage + Lavender: A clean, herbal scent reminiscent of an apothecary atmosphere. Top notes of sage and rosemary give way to middle notes of chamomile. Finished off with very subtle base notes of sandalwood.
