Suggested Use

Adults: 20–40 drops as needed, diluted in a small amount of water or juice.

Because this is an energizing formula containing naturally stimulating herbs, it is best taken earlier in the day. Avoid taking close to bedtime if you are sensitive to stimulating herbs or caffeine.

This tincture does not need to be taken under the tongue. Because it is an alcohol-based herbal extract, taking it undiluted under the tongue may cause a burning sensation. Dilute the drops in water or juice for a more comfortable way to take it.

Extracted in gluten-free distilled alcohol.

Contains naturally occurring caffeine from yerba mate and guarana.

Licorice root may affect blood pressure and may interact with certain medications. Bitter orange may also have stimulating effects. If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, take prescription medications, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
