Suggested Use

Adults: 40–80 drops, up to 3 times daily, diluted in a small amount of water or juice.

This tincture does not need to be taken under the tongue. Because it is an alcohol-based herbal extract, taking it undiluted under the tongue may cause a burning sensation. Dilute the drops in water or juice for a more comfortable way to take it.

Because this is a strong cleansing formula containing senna, it is intended for short-term use rather than continuous daily use.
