Needlemouth: a novel

"NEEDLEMOUTH follows three cousins who summon the demon Needlemouth, modeled after the traditional hungry ghost, or tormented spirit. The demon sends the girls on a multidimensional quest to end her patrilineal lineage, during which the girls are confronted with truths about their own selves. It has the speculative elements that make K-Ming's style so unique and fantastical, grappling with the surreal, mythmaking, and horrors of girlhood. I've had the privilege of editing this novel with K-Ming over the past year, and the depth, ferocity, and heart at the core of it will make this her most singular work yet"--
