Handmade in the USA from American made wool felt, an elastic ring wraps around the collar for perfect placement—and easy on/off. Each heart measures 1.75" x 1.5" and can easily be used with a collar width of 1" to 1.5" wide. (The "small" hearts have the same size heart but an elastic band to fit a collar width 5/8" to 3/4" wide.)

If it gets a little dusty, you can wash it (gentle cycle) and let it air dry.
