The original AO Glass Snow folk is our seasonal specialty. These Snow folk are handmade by our glass artists in the AO shop, and will not melt under normal conditions. They stand proudly at approximately 4 inches tall, and no two are alike.

Shipping & Return Policy

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on distance. In the Greater Burlington, Vermont area, our in-house Myti team handles deliveries. For all other areas, we work with trusted carriers to ensure fast delivery.

We accept returns based on each store's policy, with a guaranteed minimum return window of 25 days from the purchase date. Returns are free, and we will coordinate the process once you initiate a return.
