This sweet, colorful felt bloom is artfully handcrafted and attaches easily to your dog's collar with a 3/4" One Wrap Velcro® strip. A metal rivet runs through all 3 layers as well as the velcro, to keep the bloom secure. Each bloom is adorned in the center with a genuine Swarovski crystal. It is made from pressed polyester felt and is completely WASHABLE. The perfect addition to a collar or it can be a fun accessory for a leash too!
