We here at Houndstooth have loved this coat for years. We found it, serendipitously, when we went to Winderlude (an ice festival in Ottawa each February) and somehow managed to forget Heidi's winter coat. Oops. It's *so hard* to find a coat that'll fit Sighthounds well, so we decided we'd settle for anything that would provide her with at least a bit of warmth. And we found...the absolute perfect coat!

The Great White North™ provides the highest level of protection against extreme winter weather. It's durable and breathable, and its waterproof nylon shell shields dogs from the elements while still allowing them to move freely. This coat also features a luxuriously soft Canadian polar fleece lining to keep the dog warm for many winters to come. That's paired with an all-important streamlined design to provide ample chest and rump coverage to maintain a comfortable core body temperature. Reflective 3M Scotchlite™ piping increases safety and visibility on late-night walks.

This coat is perfect for all breeds in harsh, cold climates as well as short haired, small breed, and senior dogs that get cold easily.
