Welcome to Myti

Complete our shopkeeper application (takes about 5 minutes). We personally review every application within 24 hours, then send you a personal login. From there, onboarding takes about 15 minutes to set up your shop, products, and delivery preferences.

Shops join the Commons from across Vermont. If you're in our Burlington-area delivery zone, you can use both ProxiMyti hyper-local delivery and the Marketplace. If you're outside the zone, you can still join the Marketplace to reach Vermont shoppers — we're finalizing how shipping works for out-of-zone shops, so reach out and we'll work with you directly.

We support multiple platforms with varying levels of integration:

• Shopify - Full integration via Shopify Collective with real-time inventory sync, automatic order routing, and payment within 24 hours of delivery
• WooCommerce - Shop portal integration (in development)
• BigCommerce - Shop portal integration (in development)
• Custom/Other platforms - Manual order management via shop portal

No, you can use either service independently. However, most shopkeepers find that using both services together maximizes their reach—ProxiMyti hyper-local delivery for fast local delivery and Myti.com Marketplace for reaching new customers across Vermont.

One-hand items are packages that a driver can comfortably carry in one hand (generally under 15 lbs and smaller than a shoebox). Two-hand items require two hands to carry safely—think larger boxes, cases of beverages, or heavier products.

ProxiMyti hyper-local delivery: Delivery fees are charged per delivery and invoiced bi-weekly.

Myti.com Marketplace: Shopify shopkeepers receive payment within 24 hours after delivery. Other platforms receive payment bi-weekly.

Myti handles shipping and delivery for you — there's no rate setup on your end. Shoppers get free shipping or delivery on orders over $50, or when their cart includes products from 2 or more Commons shops. This encourages larger, multi-shop baskets, which means more visibility and sales across the Commons.

For shops inside our Burlington-area delivery zone, orders flow through ProxiMyti hyper-local delivery. For shops outside the zone, we're finalizing the shipping arrangement — reach out and we'll talk through your situation.

We're evolving our model to be clearer and more predictable. Previously, delivery was bundled into the marketplace commission. Moving forward, ProxiMyti hyper-local delivery and Myti.com Marketplace are separate services with separate pricing. Your marketplace commission stays at 13%, you only pay for the deliveries that actually go through ProxiMyti, and shoppers get free shipping or delivery on $50+ or multi-shop orders — which tends to drive larger baskets across the Commons.
