Steep one tablespoon or one teaspoon per cup of hot water for approximately 10 min or so, strain. You can drink this hot or cold, add honey or agave and make popsicles for kids when they are down and out sick. This is a great combo for those die-hard tea lovers, enjoy my herbal friends!
*Caution contains Licorice root; some folks cannot use Licorice root due to high blood pressure. Although there is a small amount in this formula you should still be cautious. If you are taking Warfarin or other blood thinners, you should also avoid Licorice Root.
Caution contains Coltsfoot; some folks that are allergic to ragweed's, daisies and marigolds might find it irritating. I have not yet had any complaints from anyone but it's better to know beforehand.
1 oz pack of tea blend can make per tablespoon 15 cups and per teaspoon 30 cups. 2 oz pack of tea blend can make per tablespoon 30 cups and per teaspoon 60 cups.

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on distance. In the Greater Burlington, Vermont area, our in-house Myti team handles deliveries. For all other locations, we partner with trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable shipping.
Returns are accepted based on each store’s policy, with a guaranteed minimum return window of 25 days from the purchase date (excluding sale items). Local returns are free, and we’ll coordinate the process once you initiate a return.
For out-of-state returns shipped via a third-party carrier, customers are responsible for sending the item back to the return address listed.
