These kitchen knives are made from AEB-L Stainless Carbon steel, Generally used in high end razors. AEB-L is well known for its toughness and durability.

All hardwoods have been stabilized or are exotic hardwoods that do not require stabilizing. all knives are finished with an oil and wax mix.
Shipping & Return Policy
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on distance. In the Greater Burlington, Vermont area, our in-house Myti team handles deliveries. For all other locations, we partner with trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable shipping.
Returns are accepted based on each store’s policy, with a guaranteed minimum return window of 25 days from the purchase date (excluding sale items). Local returns are free, and we’ll coordinate the process once you initiate a return.
For out-of-state returns shipped via a third-party carrier, customers are responsible for sending the item back to the return address listed.
