Return Information

To start a return, fill out this form for a Return Authorization. Myti has the right to deny your return if it does not meet the requirements.

Upon issuance of a Return Authorization a Myti team member will give you the date and time that the item will be picked up from the delivery address you provided at time of purchase.

The item(s) must be:

Repackaged and sealed shut (ideally in the original packaging Myti provided)

Clearly labeled with the order number (you can write this in marker or pen directly on the packaging)

In an accessible place for the driver to pickup your item on the agreed upon date

The item will be refunded once Myti confirms it meets our return criteria.
